Executive Assistant - Fixed Term
The key responsibilities of the role :
• General secretarial tasks for the Managing Director (management of the agenda, screen telephone calls, ensuring documentation for conference call and meeting is ready and available on time, general support on various tasks, when needed);
• Supporting the organization of meetings, conference calls with clients and meetings attended by large audience;
• Support in the organization of client events, management presentations and any other business related events;
• Administrative work on deals follow-up, supporting in sending required documents to internal departments;
• Coordinate room bookings when necessary for all calls/meetings;
• Organizing business trips (flights, trains, hotel arrangements, logistics) and preparing travel expenses, ensuring the relevant policy is followed
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
- fluent English, both written and oral form ;
- a previous experience in the role;
- good knowledge of Excel.
Si offre contratto di somministrazione della durata di 6 mesi iniziali, con possibilità di proroga.
CCNL Credito, RAL da valutare in base alla seniority (entro i 55K).
Sede di lavoro: Milano centro.
Disponibilità oraria: Full Time
